Dave is an independent board member and operating advisor focused on helping software executives at public and private equity-backed companies drive value creation initiatives. He was formerly an executive leader at 3 top-tier enterprise software companies with $1B+ in revenue – Hyperion, Informatica & Blue Yonder – all of which realized multi-billion dollar shareholder returns upon exit. Across these companies, Dave effectuated organic & inorganic value creation by spearheading strategy, operational transformation initiatives, strategic partnerships and M&A.
Earlier in his career, Dave was a private equity investor at Thayer Capital Partners and Atlas Ventures, and he began his career in investment banking at Robertson Stephens & Co. He holds an AB in Economics from Princeton and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
